Public Notice is hereby given that the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 7:30 p.m., when the following applications will be heard:
Donato Errico, 19 Thomas Street, Requests a variance from Section 209.3(j) Areas of Required Parking, to reduce the required parking to what already exists on the site for manufacturing purposes. (Zone B-3)
Matthew Pizzo Longo, 71 Burnham Street, Requests a variance from Section 302.5(a) Yards, to reduce the front yard setback from 40 ft. to 37.5 ft. for a front entry mud room. (Zone R-2)
